imgvelix.com sells Tokens only. Tokens are internal credits used exclusively to generate AI-powered images on the Website. We do not sell physical goods, subscriptions, software licences, or any other products.
1. What You Are Purchasing
When you make a payment on imgvelix.com, you are purchasing a set number of Tokens. Tokens are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation of successful payment. There is no physical or digital file delivery — Tokens appear in your account balance automatically.
2. Delivery of Tokens
Token delivery is instant and automated. Upon successful payment processing, the purchased Tokens will be added to your account without delay. If Tokens have not appeared in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact us at info@imgvelix.com with your order reference.
LUVINDO LTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
3. Use of Tokens
Tokens are consumed each time you generate an image on the Website. The number of Tokens required per generation depends on the selected parameters (e.g. resolution, model). The Token cost is displayed before you confirm each generation. Once Tokens have been spent on a generation, they are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the generation.
4. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase of Tokens within 14 days, provided you have not yet used any of the purchased Tokens.
By using any Token from a purchase, you acknowledge that you consent to the immediate performance of the service and thereby waive your right to cancel that purchase.
To cancel an order for unused Tokens within the 14-day period, please contact us at info@imgvelix.com with your order reference and we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
5. Refunds for Unused Tokens
We will issue a refund for Tokens that have not been used, provided:
(a) You request the refund within 14 days of purchase, and none of the Tokens from that purchase have been used; or
(b) There has been a technical error on our part resulting in incorrect Token deduction; or
(c) A refund is required under applicable UK consumer protection law.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of our acceptance of your refund request.
6. No Refund for Used Tokens or Generated Images
We do not offer refunds for Tokens that have already been used to generate images, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the resulting image. AI image generation is inherently variable in output and this is made clear before you confirm each generation.
7. Defective Service
If the Website fails to generate an image despite Tokens being deducted (e.g. due to a technical fault), we will restore the deducted Tokens to your account or issue a refund at your request. Please report such issues to info@imgvelix.com within 30 days of the incident with relevant details.
8. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, please contact us at info@imgvelix.com or +447488848274. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 business days. If your complaint remains unresolved, you may seek alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through a certified ADR provider or seek guidance from Citizens Advice.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, we ask that you first contact us at info@imgvelix.com so we can resolve your concern directly. Chargebacks are reserved for fraudulent transactions you did not authorize. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that:
- You have read and accepted this Refund and Return Policy and our Terms of Use.
- Digital products are delivered electronically and access cannot be revoked once downloaded.
- Disputes filed without first contacting us, or filed for buyer’s remorse, may be challenged with evidence of digital fulfillment (download logs, IP address, timestamps).
- If a chargeback is found to be invalid, we reserve the right to suspend your account, restrict future purchases, and reverse access to any downloaded content.
LUVINDO LTD retains the right to provide the acquirer with full evidence of digital fulfillment for any disputed transaction.
