imgvelix.com provides an AI-powered image generation service. Users purchase tokens (“Tokens”) using real money. Tokens are the internal credits of the Website used solely to generate images via our AI tools. Tokens are not a cryptocurrency, not a financial instrument, and have no monetary value outside the Website.
We do not sell physical goods. We do not offer subscriptions. The only transaction on this Website is the purchase of Tokens and their use to generate images.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and purchase Tokens. By using the Website you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Tokens

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on imgvelix, you agree to contact our support team at info@imgvelix.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. Most issues — failed downloads, billing errors, duplicate charges — can be resolved within 24-48 hours through our support channel.
LUVINDO LTD reserves the right to challenge invalid chargebacks with the following evidence: order confirmation timestamp, IP address used at checkout, download logs proving access to the digital file, and email correspondence. Repeat or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, banning, and reporting to acquirer fraud-prevention databases.

Prices and Currencies
All prices on imgvelix are displayed in USD (the default settlement currency) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where a currency switcher is available on the storefront, alternative currencies are shown as a convenience for customers; the actual transaction is processed in USD and your card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees on your statement.
Prices may be updated without notice. The price displayed at the moment you confirm checkout is binding for that order; we do not retroactively price-match earlier or later quotes. Promotional discounts and coupons are applied only when entered before final order submission.
